Was the cleanest uhual vehicle I’ve ever rented. Worked perfectly no issues. Staff was very friendly as well.

Check in took too long. Worker had to call and check me in over the phone after trying to check me in herself and couldn't. About a 20 min process which lead to having truck for a reduced time. Truck on tow/haul with no instructions to take off.... waste of gas . M amd m's all over the back of the truck. Had to clean up so not to slip before using it.
Sheri RThe truck I ordered and was moved to a different location to get was not there so I had to get a smaller one which messed with my plans. The blankets I ordered were not there. The truck was at 1/4 tank and the man was not very apologetic about any of it.
Karen SThe U haul was prebooked. Upon arrival to pick up the U haul at 10:00 am. We were left waiting for close to an hour, standing in the store. The young girl on cash was on the phone most of this time with U haul. For this wasted time i Was offered to not be charged for the use of a dolly. The dolly was not used whatsoever and I feel that was a poor way to solve this issue. DO BETTER U Haul!!!!!
