You are the best. I went ice fishing for the weekend -24 all weekend, when I loaded up to go home the truck froze, I needed to plug it in as it is a diesel, so a tow truck was called ane i was taken to Bellville as it was Sunday and garages were not open, I tried to rent a car to get home but the were not open Sunday as well. It was not long before t thought of u-haul. Tool a cab to a friendly variety store who rented me a nice roomy vehicle for my fishing gear. Bellville to woodstock $63 in fuel (awsome) and I was ho.e 3 .5 hrs later thank you. Jeff Matthews.

Ignition issue. Key got stuck many times in loose ignition. After key removed you had to gently jiggle the ignition key entrance to get lights to turn off, otherwise they stayed on until jiggled to right position. Prob 15-30 min spent on the issue but was able to get it figured out. Was still great service overall and friendly/fast staff.
Crysta LThe lady operating the place was not professional. Couldn't get the key out of the ignition when getting odometer reading. She didnt ask if our rental went OK. The truck was dirty with blankets scattered in the back. She used a tiny cell phone which made documents hard to read. Never going back there again.
Tonia BThe very young girl was very rushed in the morning, having iPad issues and we felt very hurried to pick up and go. Rental contract was sent after our departure. It stated we had mats and a dolly which we did not request or have in the truck. Upon drop off we brought this to the gentleman’s attention and he refused to alter the receipt • which also was in accurate in the price of the truck rental. Instead of 29.95 we were now charged $39.95 plus rental of mats and a dolly we didn’t have • the only resolution the man would offer us was a 905 area code to call to have the charges fixed on their end • refused to fix the receipt on his end and he already ran my credit card for payment • would never recommend Wilkins St. Depot in Belleville ON
