All the people I dealt with were great. My complaint is with the company itself. My original reservation was at the uhaul on Olive ave. When I got there, the clerk had no idea the company had moved my reservation to Siera Appliance. The clerk called the company and was told the customer had been called. Not true. The company has good people in the field. The company should learn from them how to be honest.

Gaylene Russell was very helpful in regards to making sure the agreed priced on line was matched on this contract. She spent the extra time to make sure I was completely satisfied.

No pads even though we ordered them. They were still expected at the destination. They gave us the wrong size trailer too. Nice people but poor service.

desk clerk ignored me for 5 minutes. it then took 10 minutes for the computer to "warm up" fo they could print the contract. no instrucitons about gas or other, handed to key and told it was over there. would not go back, would not reccommend this location.

The Main St location was excellent. Two women, Gaylene and Gabby gave us wonderful customer service! However they were told that a 6x12 ft trailer would be brought to them, then they were told they had to pick it up. It was rented out from under us and we had to leave some if our belongings behind. That upsets me greatly! When someone has reserved equipment it should not be rented to someone else. Gaylene from the Main St location was told she could drive to Pixley and pick up a 6x12 and when she got there it was only a 4x8. Someone needs to get their act together! You are messing with people's lives.

Help me with the fee totalling to almost 200.00 This was extra on top of the fee I already got taken out of my bank for Wed the 5th for a 3 day rental.

Trailer was dirty inside. The trailer has no previsions for locking trailer to truck. Chain was secured to trailer with carabiners, and no way to lock.
