Although Uhaul incorrectly reported reservation time to Heartland Storage, they were easily able to accommodate my 26' Uhaul rental for our move to Tulsa. 10/10 experience other than the hiccup!

Agent was extremely rude. Cab had trash in it and compartment needed to be swept out.

Gary MTell people they can drop off at any uhaul property. I put fuel into truck before dropping it off. I drove up and down pass the location 3 times. The lite up rotating bill board sucked!!! I believe I was charged the fuel rate because I drove so much tring to find this uhaul place. I have pictures of first and last milage and fuel gage. They are the same in fuel range from when I picked it up to dropped it off. I'm very very disappointed and not sure if I'll ever use uhaul again. I have to use some moving rental company in the near future but will be looking somewbere else. I'm very upset. On the plus side the young lady in this office was very very helpful with me finally this place and was very nice.
