U-Haul needs to work on their pricing. Inventory was low. Had to drive 22 miles out of my way for the truck and was forced to pay for that privilege. Asked for an upgraded towing device for my car and was told it wasn’t available until my dad threw a fit then suddenly it was available for an extra $250. Seems legit.

SPENCER STruck was not clean in the back and had very little fuel.
Bret MWe have used this location before with no issues and had great service. This time they closed early just as we arrived. There was no dolly to use and we were handed keys and blankets as they walked out the door. We had to be on the phone outside for the next hour with an agent to figure out how to get the combo for the lock on the rear door. Could have been smoother.
