I was told to return the truck with as much gas as it went out with, 1/8 tank. I did that, even a little more. I was charged a fuel charge. This doesn't make sense, if you want it back full, give it to me full. Ripping off customers for a few dollars isn't good business. I will go with Penske next timegary R.

He is very rude... Never answers the phone... I called Sierra storage south and she was rude and hung up... Never again will I do business with uhaul if this is the location... It's Sooo ghettoamber G.
The person who checked in the vehicle was extremely rude and unprofessional. She yelled at me and hung up on me and when I went down to the site in person to discuss in necessary charges she charged to my credit card without my authorization she began to raise her voice at me again and I recorded it on my phone. I will be making a report to the better business bureaulater this week the soonest that I am able to do that hopefully nobody else will have to have such a degrading experience as I experienced with this company/ authorized Uhaul dealer at Sierra North in Merced off of Santa Fe Avedavina H.
I usually rent from uhaul on Martin Luther king Jr way, and never have any problems. Sierra storage location has horrible customer service and overcharged me what uhaul customer service said I would be charged. Saying that they override the customer service line. The general manager lacks customer service skills and respect. He used profanity, challenged my husband to "come on" and and reprimanded us for returning the trailer during business hours claiming to be closed. I suggest you investigate him for fraud. I am disputing my charges with Visa and have filed a complaint with your customer service department.Drucilla H.
The person who checked us in was very inefficient and gave the impression she was bothered by having to help us. The office was filthy with dogs and birds that were there and it smelled horrible. Plus we had to unhook our own trailer and had no help whatsoever with a heavy trailer.Larry W.

Put trailer jacks on the tongue of the trailers so that they can be lifted up to put on the ball hitch of whatever is going to pull them. It's totally and completely ridiculous and insensitive to the needs and expectation of your customers to expect someone to load the trailer already hooked up to whatever they are using to pull the trailer. This made my use of the trailer very difficult.rick P.
