diane H.Simply do your job! No one at all to answer phones over memorial day weekend. Varying drop off and pick up locations from the multiple reservations that had to be made! The list goes on and on!!! Bottom line Uhual cost us over 5 hours in delays almost 1000$ on one job alone and one more moving customer that we know of! Now i understand why you have a 1 star rating.

ENRIQUE C.I'm not sure if the problems I encountered were specific to this location or a bigger problem with uhaul's automated check-in process. When I showed up to pick up my truck, the uhaul site said my reservation was not set up for 24/7 pickup. I called the 800 # and there was a 36-minute wait. I requested a call back. When they called back and said I was next in line, for some reason it kicked me to the back of the line and I again had a 40-minute wait. So I gave up and started a new reservation online. That one went fine, and I got the truck and went on my way. Now I just have to make sure I'm not charged twice for this. A frustrating experience, but in the end it worked out to be able to rent a truck when the shop was closed.

TERRY W.Don't have 2 hour wait to speak someone when your site goes down for planned maintenance when customers are trying to process the rental that was reserved. I will never use your system again on the weekend. Once I spoke with the lady that assisted me, she was great and patient with us as tried to get the key which we had trouble with.

Kay M.I would no recommend this place at all. There was a crack on the windshield before I got the rental. He saw it and said not to worry about it. Good thing I bought the safe move insurance because he said it was my fault that there was a crack in the windshield when I brought it back. He also was not available when I returned the truck and the store was closed even though it was only 330. I would not recommend this place because that crack was there before I took the uhaul and he said it was my fault and made a claim without calling me cuz I returned it when he wasnt there.
