The late night drop off instructions were ambiguous and confusing. I did the best I could but was still at a loss on where to park. I’m still not sure I parked correctly and am now worried about the posted $100 fine
Brandon CVery fast check in/check out manger handled everything nicely a smoothly for me even tho i was late picking up the truck. It was stil sitting there waiting on me. U-Haul overcharged me so the manger of this site told me to call this 1-800 and because I took pictures of the dash board before I used the truck and a picture of it when I brought it back I got my refund that I deserved …. Thanks so much it was great doing business with you.
