Owner called wanted to know when I would have rental back. Don't have 2 hour wait to speak someone when your site goes down for planned maintenance when customers are trying to process the rental that was reserved. I will never use your system again on the weekend. Once I spoke with the lady that assisted me, she was great and patient with us as tried to get the key which we had trouble with.John M.

I would no recommend this place at all. There was a crack on the windshield before I got the rental. He saw it and said not to worry about it. Good thing I bought the safe move insurance because he said it was my fault that there was a crack in the windshield when I brought it back. He also was not available when I returned the truck and the store was closed even though it was only 330. I would not recommend this place because that crack was there before I took the uhaul and he said it was my fault and made a claim without calling me cuz I returned it when he wasnt there.JAMES T.

Was not the locations fault, was a bad experience overall with Uhaul. I will recommend to everyone I know to exhaust all other resources before turning to Uhaul. Did not have the equipment that I reserved. I had to track down the equipment myself even though I had already paid for it. Then got charged it again. Then once I tracked it down and got it, it did not even function properly. Contacted Uhaul two different times to mention the issue. On the first occasion, the rep told me she would note that the equipment was faulty but did not offer to refund anything. Finally the second time, I was told that they would get with the area manager and get back to me. Never got a return call.Jared B.

Well, the salesperson in Henderson pretty much treated me as an afterthought. And, I do not think he listened to much I said. I do know he was trying to run another business but still, I thought as a customer I deserved a little more attention.Patrick P.

You need to check your tow ratings on vehicles personally I feel as though it's a sales gimmick my Jeep would have had no problem pulling my car but instead I am told it is not sting enough or it doesn't weigh enough the tow dolly carries the weight the tow vehicle only pulls the weight so you guys need to do better with your vehicle ratings because I had to spend more money than I actually needed to to get my car home which I'm sure is fine for y'all on a sales point of view because I had to rent one of your trucks and the tow dollyNathan S.

customer service is useless. I've spoken to the 800# several times over the years and all but one occasion they have so angered me with there inability to provide adequate customer service. They don't know how to be helpful and t g ey accept no responsibility for their job. They do the basic minimum to get off. I've have spoken to the dealers who don't have anything good to say about them either. Because of the 800# I will do my best to never use a uhaul and I will try to convince others not yo as well.Kimberly S.

I reserved a truck in Nacogdoches Texas and it was given to another customer. They found me another truck at a different location, then that truck was given to another customer. I finally had to go to the Henderson Texas location to get a truck. The Henderson location was excellent and I was 100% satisfied with their service. My issue is that if I reserve a truck at a location ahead of someone else, the truck should be there for me, otherwise the reservation process is useless.Charles H.
It is just a drop off place. They want you to leave your contract with them which was not a company policy. I checked in with their app and it accepted it. Minutes later told it did not go through. It also told me an agent would be calling me. No reason given and that was three days ago. Seems like one hand does not know what the other hand is doing.Barbara M.

The location was clean and well maintained. I dropped the truck off at noon on Sunday but could not find drop box. A sign on main door indicating location of drop box under store hours would be helpful. Dealer called and gave me more precise location of drop box. Dropped off key that evening. Sent him 30 plus pictures of truck before use. They apologized for inconveniences of truck's poor cleanliness and billing errors. FYI- I called main UHaul office over 7x trying to get billing error corrected. Last lady was most helpful-Sherry told me she had heard from regional manager it will be fixed. App does not work well or website. Overall it was a horrible experience and I will use someone else next time. The $50 inconvenience fee (first place I went that morning in Aledo, (Tx has 4 codes for a 3 code drop box) did not even cover the time and hassle of the whole experience.maja S.
