Gerald H.Upon receiving the truck, we noticed the cab had dirt and sticky residue all over the seats and ceiling. The passenger side door had the rubber seal completely falling off and not able to properly seal the door. The ramp would not come out and the back of the truck had not been swept and was filthy. We reached out to U-Haul representatives through the chat feature and were unable to get the help we needed to solve these problems. I was shocked when I answered the questions when we returned the truck that it would need to be cleaned, but stated that it was all prior dirt and issues from before we picked up the truck and was issued a $25 fee for cleaning when those issues were not my fault. I am incredibly disappointed with this experience. I have not had issues before when using U-Haul services, but was incredibly let down with this experience.

Mason C.For one, U-Haul ripped us off. We were told the rental would be $75-$80 dollars with milage. I KNOW FOR A FACT that we did NOT EXCEED 50 miles. It is 17 miles from Sign Pro to Crofton then NO MORE THAN 10 MILES TO THE HEART OF NORTONVILLE. We drove STRAIGHT FROM NORTONVILLE BACK TO the gas station where we filled it BACK UP TO 7/8 OF A TANK. We were CHARGED $36 because according to the gas gauge it only had 5/8 of a tank in it which is a down right lie!!!! Because of this issue, we DID NOT have enough money in the bank for incidentals. We are VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH U-HAUL!!!!!
Stacey C.This pickup location was the result of a referral/reschedule from my original reservation to pickup in Clarksville TN. The original reservation was not able to be fulfilled due to a wiring harness that was damaged and needed to be repaired, which resulted in my needing to drive to Hopkinsville KY to pick up this trailer which severely delayed this move. There should be a process in place to ensure equipment is 100% in working order before committing to the next reservation. This was a huge inconvenience that was not addressed by U-haul.

ALBERT I.No blankets like ordered. Truck was still dirty and the cargo area was full of leaves and trash. Owner was complaining that U-Haul was allowing others to open U-Haul stores near him. With the service he offered I can imagine why U-Haul would want to give customers other options.

ANNA S.Pickup truck and it broke down 10 miles from location. Had to wait for about 5 hours total for a service tech to come out and found it had badâ€old†gas in tank. Originally called 800 uhaul then the shop we picked up the truck and they gave us another number to call. I was on hold several times and was actually disconnected once. The wait time on phone was very long. I went to the service application and they started working my issues within 10 minutes. Due to the amount of time being down My people helping me load up couldn't help me until Friday due to the down time. Very disappointed in the service of u-haul. Should have received some kind of compensation back for the issues that this caused me. I will pay more for a Penske truck next time.
