Pickup truck and it broke down 10 miles from location. Had to wait for about 5 hours total for a service tech to come out and found it had badâ€oldâ€ gas in tank. Originally called 800 uhaul then the shop we picked up the truck and they gave us another number to call. I was on hold several times and was actually disconnected once. The wait time on phone was very long. I went to the service application and they started working my issues within 10 minutes. Due to the amount of time being down My people helping me load up couldn't help me until Friday due to the down time. Very disappointed in the service of u-haul. Should have received some kind of compensation back for the issues that this caused me. I will pay more for a Penske truck next time.ROBERT K.

The vehicle was very dirty because of the previous renters. The owner cleaned the truck as best he could before I rented it. Renters should take better care of someone else's vehicle. They were horrible renters!! I feel renters should be charged extra if they leave a vehicle in that condition. That was inexcusable. Great service, I paid right at 300.00 for 2 days and 100 miles. High yes but I got done with my moving and I used a 10 footer.Stephen B.
Truck was very hard to start like something was wrong with starter or battery. Told the vendor about it and told me to call 800 number if it breaks down. Had very little gas in it even though there was a station down the street. Customer service charged me an extra 3.56 after I pd 195.04. Told Sydney ( customer service) about me driving to my gas station to put 10 gallons in due to not having a normal amount of gas in it ( at least a half tank). Told her it was a petty charge. She said goodbye and hung up. Disappointed in the experience.ARTHUR D.

To start with, this location was almost an hour away from my reserved location. Nobody bothered to tell me that it changed until I walked into the location I reserved with. When I got there, I had to climb through broken TVs in a cluttered, dirty barn to get to the office to sign the contract because the guy refused to come out of his office. He made me climb through the mess to get to him. All the while we had to endure curse words and yelling from the man there. He kept saying â€œit ain't my damn fault so you need to calm someone elseâ€. There were several sketchy looking employees hovering around the situation which made my wife uncomfortable so we just left without any resolution. This was the worst equipment rental experience I've ever had and that's saying a lot considering we've spent the last 20 years renting trucks to move around in the Army. Not once have I ever been talked to like that, treated like that, or flat out been intimidated like that at a uhaul store.MICHAEL M.

Rented during closed office hours because that's when I could move. Rented a dolly with my rental truck and it was not in the truck and they knew because there was no equipment picture provided during my registration. Website just said to call the local uhaul I was renting from but they were closed. The pricing was very confusing and it made you put in your estimated mileage and then charged you for extra mileage at the end after return when no extra mileage was used. More expensive than I thought and more expensive than they made it out to be on the website. On top of missing equipment.Brooklyn S.

Tire air pressure light was on. I was told it was a sensor. The tire looked low to me so I stopped at an auto garage close by and they found a nail in the tire. The gentleman that rented the truck to me was very nice and said he would reimburse me for the tire repair. The truck drove smoothly. I will return.PATRICIA C.

The folks that work at this location, especially a gentleman by the name Charlie, were absolutely wonderful! He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns, was very kind, polite, and patient. I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised after returning the truck, to receive a phonecall from Charlie to ask if everything went well. That is incredable customer service! I wish everyone was as thoughtful in doing their job. He even stayed on site so my driver could come get his phone that he mistakenly left in the cab. I was charged for a larger size truck that I ordered but got a smaller size. I reserved a dolly and when I arrived was told they didn't have one. The man said it was good I arrived early because I got the last truck. The next person was about to arrive to discover their reservation gone. Terrible location. I hope I can an alternative from Uhaul next time.Paul W.
