the staff was professional & friendly, but as it is a combined business location there really should be a sign directing customers to the back office where uhaul contracts are actually fulfilled by the one employee who handles them.

I was forced to pay a 25 dollar cleaning fee for a truck that was fucking filthy when I picked it up. The woman I dropped it off with was a complete bitch becouse I dropped it off 15 minutes before she was closing. She treated me like dog shit. After this experience I will never ever rent from U-Haul
