Great customer service
JOSEPH MI was helped immediately, and the associate was friendly and helpful. Plenty of area to back up and hook up trailer.

AMY CI didn't deal with the people directly because we checked in after hours. The lot was dark and hard to see in. There was only light in the very front of the building, and one little light at the back. Nothing where you park the U-Haul. They should add some lighting to make it easier for people dropping off after hours.
Stephanie RThe trailer wasn't in the best shape, it was the last one on the lot, one that was old and should be put to rest. It served its purpose.

BRENDA BI dropped off the truck after-hours and did an online check in. The check in process was great. I did not interact with anyone at the site, but it is a small location.

SOUNDRA BThe attendant was in the back room when I entered the facility. I told him I was here to return the trailer. He instructed me to back up the trailer to the specific area, which I did. He never came out to assist in disconnecting the trailer. I then went back in to get the attendant. He asked if I had disconnected the trailer. I said I was unsure of how to do disconnect. He disconnected. I asked if I needed to sign paperwork, and he said that I would receive an email. Not the best customer experience, considering I (like most customers) am unfamiliar with the process.

Sasha LI matched the gas level in the truck when I picked it up, only to be charged for gas anyway.
Kyle MMake sure that have all the equipment originally ordered. My original order had included a dolly. When I picked up the trailer there was natalie at the rental facility. So two women had to move bedroom furniture without it.
