The lady we worked with at the physical location in Inverness was great!! For U-Haul Corporate - 1) You should learn how to communicate with your dealers so they know what’s going on. 2) You should install a dashboard touchscreen, so people who are moving can follow up a map without having to use a handheld device. 3) You shouldn’t charge full price if the truck is returned early. We had the truck for three days and were charged for six days.
jodi lRosa was unbelievable. She is so friendly and helpful making the process easy. She helped me think of things that I had not thought of. The need for a truck came quickly and she was a great help.
