Clean the truck off on the winter. The truck was not only buried in snow, but had ten inches on the top. How do you expect a person picking the unit up to reach that height? The dealer I picked up from was on rt.15 in Lewisburg,PA. I had to drive the unit home after wasting at least a half hour cleaning the snow on that I could reach. The snow was so deep around it I had to go home and change my socks and shoes, because they were soaked from the snow. Once I got it home, I had to lean a ladder against the truck to clean the roof. I am not the person that should have had to do that. The worst part about the instance was there was three clean trucks in their parking lot, but they sent me over to their yard where mine was buried in snow when I returned my truck. There was still the same three trucks Kevin Fry at automotive in Milton PA was ignorant in the morning when I first called because I reside in Milton. I chose when speaking to a representative to request a different location because I did not want to go deal with that disrespectful person and I believe there was some kind of effort between him and the Lewisburg location to then give me a truck that was gonna be in that condition. If I do not hear back from HR, I will be consulting a lawyer. I have made a call once and was told that I would be speaking to a district manager and nobody has called me yet.

Employees should have better knowledge of the equipment. As I was told that the trailer would be large enough for a car and motorcycle(s). I do not believe that this could have been accomplished without damage to the vehicles. And I would have been uncomfortable with the positions they would have had to be in.

JEREMIAH BThe staff at this location were professional and friendly. The rental process was straight forward. They went over the contract, put the trailer on the hitch and made sure the trailer lights were in working condition. I rented a 5*8 enclosed trailer. It was an older model, appeared to have plenty of miles, paint peeling, rust around the door and locking mechanism but it was functional and performed without incident on a nearly 500 mile one way trip.
THOMAS SMy experience was delightful. Clerks were friendly. I was able to make the reservation on line which resulted in minimal paperwork and speedy processing when I arrived to pick up the van. I returned it after hours with no problem. The final charges were just what I expected. I would highly recommend renting at this location.
