First trailer bounced and shook terribly just leaving the parking area onto a side road. Returned it for a different trailer. Clerk at the check out counter struggled with my questions and billing. Communication was incomplete. Trailer was used one day but had to pay for three days. Waiting to see if I am reimbursed. Trailer had a sign which said $19.95 a day. Upon receiving my bill, it showed $25.95. No one explained this to me. Upon test driving the first trailer to prove it was bad, attendant was very unsafe as he opened my car door while I was slowly moving to get out and check the trailer. Just terribly experienced.

Heather OWhat should take 10 minutes took almost 2 hours. No one knows their job and must call someone, who does not answer to figure anything out. I will drive 15 more minutes before I ever deal with this location again. Terrible customer service.
Heather MGreat Experience and extremely helpful with questions. My only suggestion is get the app to work better. I was not able to log in multiple times and thankfully when it came time to pickup, I was able to get it a little early before closing since I was unable to do a mobile pick up.
