What should take 10 minutes took almost 2 hours. No one knows their job and must call someone, who does not answer to figure anything out. I will drive 15 more minutes before I ever deal with this location again. Terrible customer service.
Heather MGreat Experience and extremely helpful with questions. My only suggestion is get the app to work better. I was not able to log in multiple times and thankfully when it came time to pickup, I was able to get it a little early before closing since I was unable to do a mobile pick up.
Kyle WThis was completely contactless drop off, after hours, so I did not see any U-Haul or Silver Moon personnel. I did receive my receipt first thing Monday morning.
