William DI was charged 22$ for equipment that was not present
Renee Ycomputer system down and couldn't get the UHaul off the lot. Had to drive a half hour back home and wait. I had movers who had to wait longer than expected to get this UHaul loaded. WASTED A LOT OF TIME with this fiasco of a UHaul location. Took multiple calls to get a manager to issue a $50 refund.
Dave MDash was filthy and the brakes are not great. I was also overcharged
