The cost of $130 was outrages for a 4hr rental to pickup a couch. I thought it's a great idea to use your service to pick up items I purchase on Facebook Marketplace, but it's an awful idea because of the cost.

The pick up and drop off was very easy. The gentleman that checked me in was very helpful! Would use them again & I will again! The van was clean and ran like a champ. Bigger than I thought it would be but that was great.

I was extremely disappointed to receive a phone call the night before our pick-up that our location had been changed from Shrewsbury, 2 minutes away, to Red Lion, 20 minutes away, to an unknown location. I can walk to the Shrewsbury location, but had to make all kind of arrangements to get to Red Lion.

Shout out to Rich, the Uhaul guy at Silverback Towing. He definitely went beyond the call of duty and exhibited limitless patience as I called him over and over with problems I was having with self check-in and check-out. He was working remotely because of covid and my phone was not letting me do the steps. Be sure to plan on extra time if you do the self check-in. Uhaul's website is frustrating and needs revamped. For example, after you register, instead of telling you you're done, it just says Error. The check-in process too needs much improvement. If you can't scan the bar code of the location it tells you don't worry you can take a photo of it or enter the number. But it doesn't tell you how to send the photo or whether it was received, and doesn't give you the option to enter the number at all. Again. I would have been completely lost if not for Rich talking me through it.

The online check in was not as easy I would have thought. I sat next to the truck for 15 minutes waiting for the check in to be approved before I was able to get the keys. I don't think that would've have been any faster than the face to face check in.

I don't understand why I am being charged an additional $28.08. I filled the tank past the point that I received the vehicle. On top of that I was never notified that I would be charged an additional amount. No phone call, no email, just a charge to my account without any explanation.

I simply dropped off the truck, completed my online “check out”, and dropped off my keys. The facility was easy to navigate and use but I did not actually speak with or work with anyone. I have no complaints. All went well.

Doing all the stuff on my phone took some getting used too. But the video tutorials were very helpful. I'll be needing a truck again soon and I'll reserve one from the 800 W. Maple place again.

Really think you have a great sales person. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Made me feel comfortable about the experience as i never rented any truck before. Thank you, and this was the uhaul in Red Lion. I forgot his name. I wish i didn't forget because i wanted to give him a recommendation. Thank you U-haul for the great experience.

The guy who was supposed to assist me to hook up a trailer was very ignorant an misinformed. He tried to sell me a new hitch that was rated for for the same as the one I had 5k. I almost walked back in asked for a refund and went to Penske. I will probably not use this location again which is a shame because the guy at the desk was really nice

I didn't like that my truck only had a quarter tank of gas. I was told to put it back at a quarter tank of gas and that's not easy. I liked when the tank was full and when you were done you topped it back off. I thought I was going to use more gas and left almost a quarter tank extra that I paid for in the truck. Please go back to giving the customers a truck with a full tank of gas!

When I first got there I was a little annoyed that we had to do crap with our phone. But as I got there it was ok. The app suck that they have. It wouldn't let me put that the tank was full and the picture taking was a pain in the ass. Basically the app sucks that uhaul has Flat out lol. All I wanted was a truck to move with lol. But all in all it was a good experience,made me realize I never wanna move again lol.

It was raining really hard and they were closed. Their parking lot is slippery when its raining, they need to dig some lines across the lot so that you don't slip while walking around the truck to take the pictures.

The check in process was brutal. Spent 45 minutes to get the. This site booted us 4 times. Had to start over 4 times. This 45 minutes were counted as part of my rental

I had a very hard time using the app on my phone so they had to help me out and they were really great......not sure if I did something wrong ore my older Galaxy S5 phone was the issue. .....but was Extremely frustrating. .....once they helped me out everything else was great! Next time I would just call them direct and not use your App! I'm sure I must have done something wrong it doesn't seem like a bad idea......

Staff was wonderful and helpful! U-Haul system was slow as always but don't blame the staff for that. Some troubles with the app too but technology never seems to work when you want it. Thanks to the Silverback staff for making these U-Haul technological problems bearable. Definitely will rent here again!

When I reserved my truck, it was at the Onion Blvd location in Shrewsbury, PA.When I got the confirmation call the next day, the location was changed to Red Lion PA which is 10 miles farther than the location I picked, costing me approximately $25 just in mileage fees to get the truck.. Also, when I spoke to the man about the confirmation, he told me they opened at 9 am.....when I got there, the guy told me I could have done everything online and picked the truck up earlier.

First the dolly was blocking the area in the truck so when we went to move the zip tie was broken and i was charged for this. Also I called the location to ask a question about my rental and was told to call Uhaul. They would not answer any questions just told me to call Uhaul. Also vehicle was dropped off before they opened on 8/13 they did not comeplete the check in until 8/15. When I asked why I was told to call Uhaul. If they cannot answer a question about charges they complete or trucks they are renting then they should not have the rental contract. Horrible customer service. I will never rent here again.

Nothing. Sam was so friendly and inviting that it felt like home. This was the first Uhaul place I have been into and found that I didn't want to leave right away. I didn't mind the process.

The do it yourself check out and check in is a pain. Having to compare pictures of previous damage at check out was a waste of time. The pictures were too generic to show existing dents. Them it was up to the renter to prove they were there with uploading new pictures.

The Ubox pick-up and transit went smoothly. Pick-up of the Ubox was a much longer process. What upset me was the location called urging me to set a pick-up date and time. So, I did for the following week and rescheduled one time for 5/15 at 10:00 am. With traffic, I arrived around 10:30 and the Ubox was not prepped nor ready on the trailer. I was the first customer there to simply pick-up a prearranged item and could not leave until after 12 pm when the Ubox was ready. Needless to say, I commend Stephen at the Poway location. He was polite, patient, and very knowledgable, and was extremely efficient (under pressure) with getting the Ubox on the trailer and getting me on my way.
