The online check in was not as easy I would have thought. I sat next to the truck for 15 minutes waiting for the check in to be approved before I was able to get the keys. I don’t think that would’ve have been any faster than the face to face check in.


I don't understand why I am being charged an additional $28.08. I filled the tank past the point that I received the vehicle. On top of that I was never notified that I would be charged an additional amount. No phone call, no email, just a charge to my account without any explanation.

I simply dropped off the truck, completed my online “check out”, and dropped off my keys. The facility was easy to navigate and use but I did not actually speak with or work with anyone. I have no complaints. All went well.

The guy who was supposed to assist me to hook up a trailer was very ignorant an misinformed. He tried to sell me a new hitch that was rated for for the same as the one I had 5k. I almost walked back in asked for a refund and went to Penske. I will probably not use this location again which is a shame because the guy at the desk was really nice

I didn’t like that my truck only had a quarter tank of gas. I was told to put it back at a quarter tank of gas and that’s not easy. I liked when the tank was full and when you were done you topped it back off. I thought I was going to use more gas and left almost a quarter tank extra that I paid for in the truck. Please go back to giving the customers a truck with a full tank of gas!

When I first got there I was a little annoyed that we had to do crap with our phone. But as I got there it was ok. The app suck that they have. It wouldn't let me put that the tank was full and the picture taking was a pain in the ass. Basically the app sucks that uhaul has Flat out lol. All I wanted was a truck to move with lol. But all in all it was a good experience,made me realize I never wanna move again lol.

It was raining really hard and they were closed. Their parking lot is slippery when its raining, they need to dig some lines across the lot so that you don't slip while walking around the truck to take the pictures.

I had a very hard time using the app on my phone so they had to help me out and they were really great......not sure if I did something wrong ore my older Galaxy S5 phone was the issue. .....but was Extremely frustrating. .....once they helped me out everything else was great! Next time I would just call them direct and not use your App! I'm sure I must have done something wrong it doesn't seem like a bad idea......


Staff was wonderful and helpful! U-Haul system was slow as always but don’t blame the staff for that. Some troubles with the app too but technology never seems to work when you want it. Thanks to the Silverback staff for making these U-Haul technological problems bearable. Definitely will rent here again!
