Such a weird transaction from the location to the check out would not recommend this place for anyone
Kyle A.When I got there, I used the app to get my rental. I went to the box to retrieve my key and no key was in the box. I called the number given and tried another box but didn't work. I had to wait until someone arrived when they opened to get my key and it was in the return key box that I wouldn't be able to retrieve. At this time, I was 1 hour over for when I wanted to pick up my rental truck. I ended up not using the extra items I ordered it would have been nice to be refunded for not using them and some kind of discount since I had so much trouble getting my rental truck. If the place that handles the rentals could improve on this, it wouldn't be a bad place to use for rental trucks.
