Please have the equipment clean and ready to go. The one guy who hooked up my trailer needed help and didn’t get it. There were no instructions given about how or where to drop off the trailer when I was finished since my six hour rental was done after the location closed for the day.

Your online staff either flat out lied to us are not informed of your equipment. We were also never contacted about our reservation, that we made almost a week in advance. Everytime we tried to check on our reservation, we were treated rudely, with impatience and told some one would contact us. Finally, Saturday afternoon, around 4, we drove to the place that we specifically requested for pick-up to find out what was going on. They very graciously helped us clean up mistakes that were made by calling 1-800-gouhaul. I am sure I do not need to explain to a company that deals with people moving, how stressful moving is. Your "customer service reps" we're among the worst we have ever dealt with. They cost us time, money, aggravation and in the end, we have to make another return trip, 350 miles one way. I blame your people's incompetence. We were very organized about our move. When we called about returning the truck and expressing our grievances, your representative hung up on us. There was no raising of voices, cursing, or disrespecting on our end. I don't understand what kind of training you put your staff though, but I assure you, they need more, in all areas. I am not left with a positive experience from your company. I have seen your trucks on the road, since our experience and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. If I need to move again, your company will be the absolute last considered. I will also be recommending the same to friends and family.

They were closed when I dropped the truck off , even though the sign said they were open on Sundays. Had to use the drop box.

They lied to me, wrote me up for four days saying I would be refunded for days not used. When I arrived at destination they said not one one way moves! So even though I used only one day, I had to pay for four!
