The gentleman at the counter was helpful and patient, especially since U-Haul's texting system had an outage right at the moment I was picking up AND returning the truck. He did not hesitate to keep me on schedule by conducting some aspects manually. I appreciated this because I had hired helpers waiting for me to arrive with the truck.
