It was a horrible experience The location that they give on the app and the address that they give for drop off location takes you way out of your way to a house for some reason.. then once you find out where the real location is you have put many more miles on your truck and used up the gas that you have already replenished in the truck so you end up spending more money and being frustrated because you're driving all over town looking for this drop off place .. and if it's after hours you have to park the truck sideways on the sidewalk in front of the gate on a very busy street and when you're a single mom with kids it is very difficult to do.

JANE GInside of cab dirty and dusty. When I got in the U-Haul it showed low tire pressure. The guy from the U-Haul moved the U-Haul him self and saw the message and did nothing. He also left some keys in the uhaul so I had to come back and bring him the keys. He was blowing up my phone with calls trying to get the keys and it is illegal to talk on the phone while driving in california
PHILLIP CDevon and the staff were very professional. They explained all the details about the U-Haul contract and they made it easy for me to understand. They offered us water in the lobby, I appreciate their great customer service skills! I will refer all of my friends and family to U-Haul.
