DORA MInterior of truck was covered in mud. Rear cargo space was also dirty and smelled like a horse farm. From my past experience U-Haul used to take more pride and better care of their trucks. Standards appear to be declining. Having rented dozens of times from U-Haul this was the worst experience I have had.

Charis WLocated in a convenience store where the rental process was interrupted by customers buying drinks, etc. Owner was late to open and myself and another Renter were delayed the 9am services.
GARY HWhen renting a vehicle it should be full with gas, it is not right that a customer has to guess how much gas they may need, if the vehicle is full it comes back full no quest work, I basically lost 100 dollars in gas to UHaul, good for Uhaul bad for the customer, the air conditioning did not work and the truck was filthy, its to bad your agents don't take more pride in the business

indra uLet people pick up the vehicles the night before Just before the location closes. Save waiting till 9am. The vehicle is just sitting there a night.
Brian BOver priced, nothing was logged. Truck had less than a quarter tank when we received it. We put it at a quarter tank, got penalized. Never again.
Samantha CThe u haul app was non functioning , and the store owner had difficulty also with it . The store owner was very helpful and courteous and the rental agreement was processed . The truck was polluted with a noxious smell ( I suspected cat urine ) and there was a check engine light illuminated which may have affected fuel consumption .Overall it was no worse than previous rentals . I will say that initially I thought that the remote pickup / drop off would be convenient ,but when I downloaded the app and tried to sign in I was continually met with "an error occurred " . This gave me tremendous anxiety about the next days move . In the end your people came through . Please work on up grading the app.

Keith DWas suppose to be an app pickup however, the app failed to complete the pickup information and had to use the personal on-site who had the vehicle keys anyway. If the site doesn’t support app pickups this should be explained prior to arrival.

ALEXIS DDue to a language barrier, I had a hard time understanding the agent, as, did he have a hard time understanding me. I took a picture of the mileage, he did not wish to see. So, I just gave him the keys, and hoped all would be okay. In the end, the UHaul van served it's purpose and we got moved.
Judith SI was charged for the safe trip charge when I said no and charged extra mileage when they told me to bring back to the place I rented from. Not happy.

pattie bThe service air bag was on. The truck definitely needs to be serviced there is a lot of engine noises I've never heard in a uhaul truck before. One of the tie rod ends is loose. When you cabt avoid hitting a big hole the truck goes off to the side a lot.The front black trim was just hanging off the truck bumper. Not impressed with the store calling to tell me where to drop the truck off which I already knew upon rental of the truck.
Nancy GIt seemed complicated to get the truck rental signed up. Could be simpler. Happy we are done. I had my daughter go in with the keys. I hoped it was satisfactory. Thank you.
loretta jNo complaints with regard to our pick up location. But We were charged by U-Haul for equipment we did not ask for. Definitely not a fan of final online invoice as there is no chance to debate the charges which are already charged to your card before you even get the receipt via email only. In our case we were charged for equipment we did not request and insurance we declined.

robert mI don’t like your online business I like a personal service. Also I was told I could have a truck for 147$ for a whole day and you changed the agreement and charged me by a mile I wasn’t impressed and probably would not come back and rent your truck again. Gabriella Lewis
Gabriella LAt pickup, it took 1 hour before I could leave because the last renter locked the back roll up door with the lock box lock. This could have been addressed before I had arrived if the owner of the convenience store had checked the truck out to make sure it was cleaned out and ready for me. He was very apologetic and concerned. I would still recommend this location but advice all renters to confirm that their vehicle has been inspected before pickup at any location.
