Pick up and drop off was a breeze, and everyone there was super helpful! They even took time out of their day to help teach me how to reverse a trailer haha. Would definitely rent from this location again!

Emily BThis location made my entire process so simple! I needed a tow dolly immediately due to personal issues and they did a great job! I was able to reserve the dolly online and pick a location near me that had the equipment. Once I reserved the dolly online I was able to check in/ upload my information before I arrived on site. Once I arrived I was greeted by a sweet man who got the process started for me quickly and efficiently. I was also handling my reservation with Nicky who helped make the process simple. Once I was checked in the same gentleman who helped me and another sweet gentleman went to grab the dolly to get it ready for me. They helped guide me to back in and hooked the dolly up for me. They informed me all necessary steps for my trip and made double sure that everything was safe. I was also able to check in the dolly after hours and the app made everything simple. Once I dropped it off I was able to message Nicky to inform them I dropped it off. I double checked again a few hours later to make sure everything was okay and they responded immediately letting me know they are checking in the equipment now and will let me know if they need anything. I highly recommend this location. Thank you for your help and I hope to work with you again.

Benjamin FNicky saves the day! I had originally booked with another location that was a disaster. Was arriving about 1 1/2 late and called UHaul to inform location. I Uber to the location (turns out it was a convenience store. One employee. Wait to be acknowledged as she’s too busy checking out store customers. Finally come from around the counter poking at a device and states that it’s not working very well. Nobody else at store. Calls someone and says they will be here shortly. How long I ask. She doesn’t know. She eventually says this is her store and I can leave. I call UHaul. Within a couple minutes I get a text from Nicky. She has a truck and is about 1 mile away. Says the team is waiting for me and will get me out the door asap. Get there and the truck is out front, Nicky checks me out on the phone in minutes…literallly! I’ve never seen such organization …boom…boom….boom…done. Easy peasy! Bucky also tells me she can book nationwide. DONE. ANY time I need a rental, I’m going straight to Nicky. When I come back to Phoenix…coming straight back to this location. Well done…turned a really frustrating experience at the other ‘store’ into the easiest, most efficient, rental I’ve ever had. Heading to Phoenix and need a truck? Do yourself a favor and reach out to this location. Nicky will get you straight!!

David KThe pick up spot is on a busy street (7th street) in Phoenix. All the trucks were pulled in, requiring the driver to back out on to a really busy street with no review mirror and limited visibility. I recommend backing them in so the customer can pull out instead of backing out.
