Nikki and Abe were phenomenal. Extremely helpful and kind during a very chaotic day. Those two alone saved the day. I would recommend them time and time again and will definitely be going to them next time I’m moving.

CHAD T⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down, one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. I rent U-Hauls on a regular basis, so I'm used to going through the same process every time. While I understand why it's necessary, I've always wished there was a quicker, more streamlined experience. That's exactly what Nikki provided. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She even told me that next time I rent, she'll have me in and out in five minutes or less. Hearing that honestly made my day. Customer service like this is hard to find. Nikki made the entire process easy and stress-free, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. I also want to thank her dad for creating such a welcoming experience.
