Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Less than 24 hours before pickup, Uhaul called and said they did not have a trailer within 75 miles that I needed the next day. Nikki was on the phone with me throughout that day and well past business hours trying to find a solution. She went above and beyond to help me find a short-term solution, and then worked all weekend to find me the trailer that I needed. She and her father even allowed me to store my belongings at their small business because they care deeply about customer experience. On pickup, Nikki's father was incredibly helpful, provided water, and even offered to help with some of the labor involved. This family knows the meaning of customer service and takes pride in how their service reflects on their small business. If you are in the Phoenix area in need of Uhaul equipment, I would recommend going out of your way to work with Simons Auto.

Nicky and the team at Simon’s auto spa was phenomenal, leading to a much better experience. We had a change of plans at the last minute, requiring a pivot from a 10’ truck to a 15’ truck and changing our drop off location from local to out of state. I had filled out the information ahead of time so after a quick verification, the truck keys were in my hand and I was on my way. Returning the truck was easy too, with the app and the drop box.

Isam II have nothing but amazing things to say about Simon’s U-Haul. I’ve never had such an easy pick up process. I had a rare experience with someone in my party who took way more time than allotted. I stayed in contact with Nikki (love her) the entire time. She was extremely kind and helpful. She recognized that the situation was out of my control and we worked together to solve the issue. Her and her father are very warm and kind. Not what you’d usually find at a U-Haul rental business.
