I would suggest bringing Managers from other locations to view this operation. I have always used Uhaul, multiple times a year. The staff was beyond helpful and extremely discreet knowing of the reasoning for needing the truck. I had to remove my daughter from a violent marriage without anyone including her Mother knowing. Not only was the staff trained throughly, they also continued training another employee without disengaging from me. Additionally, the entire compound was impeccably clean. I mean literally not a piece of trash or cigarette butt anywhere to be seen. Amazing.Michael D.

The truck was clean, but during our trip it rained and turns out it had a small leak at the top and it got several boxes wet. Thankfully nothing that couldn't have gotten wet, but still not very ideal.Cameron B.

We had reserved a U-Haul weeks before in Odessa and for some reason the Odessa location rented are truck we had to drive to Monahans to pick up our vehicle. They were very nice in Monahans and I would recommend anybody that needed moving to go there.Mary Q.
Make the cost transparent. Instead of charging me for four days when I only needed the car hauler for one day. I was told I could probably get a partial refund on a $400 charge if I turned in the trailer early. I turned the trailer in the next morning in Yukon, Oklahoma and was told there was no money given back for turning the trailer in early. I believe I was misinformed up front in terms of actual cost and the possibility of getting part of the money refunded by returning the trailer early.Seth B.
I rented a Uhaul and paid the aproximate 160.00 give or take. I asked the woman who checked me out if there would be any aditional charges and she said no. When looking over my credit card statement I was charged over $260.Brooke M.

I was promised an invoice online and so did not get a hard copy when leaving the drop off store. I have no idea what I paid for the move. Is it possible to get a receipt online? The receipt you sent me showed that I had paid nothing and that I had a zero balance which is not helpful later when I file this on my taxes.Paul H.

The truck had damage to the back and the right grab handle had a sharp shard of metal that could cut one's hand. The truck cab vibrated badly driving down the road. The cargo inside the back rode great!Steven S.

GPS address only to be brought to another store, and drop off box wasn't located anywhere. Called uhaul customer service just to be placed on hold for 40 min, they hung up, and then got transferred 3 times before anything was settled. I reserved a 5x8 trailer online for $64 and requested it be picked up at Simply Home. I received a confirmation email from UHaul letting me know that someone would contact me to follow up and let me know if the trailer was available. No one called or emailed me. On pick-up day, I called Simply Home. They confirmed my reservation. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, they informed me that the only trailer available was a 6x12 for $98. I asked why I couldn't get my reserved $64 rate. The owner, Candy, said â€œyou would have to take that up with corporate. We are just a satellite location.â€ At this late date, I was desperate and had no choice, but to take the trailer. They didn't even walk me out to it. They told me the unit number and left it up to me to go find it and hookup the trailer. So, much higher priced than my reserved amount and zero customer service.Angela W.
