The truck was filthy extremely dirty on the outside. It looks like I hadn't been washed in 2 months at least. First thing I did was drive ait home and rinse it off cuz I wouldn't want to be seen that way. I was also forced to certify that the vehicle was clean because I tried to put it wasn't and then Ilit asked for a photo but it would not load the photo. I also tried to call customer service just before pickup to make sure the vehicle was still there or to get any help in case there was no one there to help me pick it up and there was a 1-hour wait to talk on the phone. Luckily I just showed up at the place of pickup and there was a nice U-Haul rep at the gas station that helped me which was a bonus and much appreciated. I was initially scheduled to use my phone as a contactless pickup but I could not get your application to load on my phone as it was way too complicated to figure out I was going to cancel all together until I drove over to U-Haul in the nice lady help me out.JAMES N.
Trucks don't need to be washed , but a clean windshield would be nice. Gaz and Rhiianten were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was confused on the charge i was billed 135.00 .but when move was complete truck returned mileage accounteded for, total was 74. and change. I'm not sure what I was billed watching for my bank statement.Raul O.

Truck only had 1/4 tank of fuel on pickup, interior was smelly and sticky. The inside of the box was dirty, lots of hay in it, rags, broken side board and the blankets were just tossed in a pile on the dirt covered floor. Won't be be back to this location. EVER.SHAWN B.

I had to move up my reservation by 2 weeks at the last minute, which meant I had to find a truck nearby on < 24 hours notice. I didn't get the rental for as long as I needed it, so I felt rushed. AND, extremely frustrated to be doing everything ONLINE on my cell phone... I'm not a technophile. Then, the truck only had 1/4 tank of gas for my 150 mile trip one way. I couldn't figure out how to adjust the mirrors (there is no way). So, after arriving 10 minutes early, I didn't leave the pickup place until 45 minutes after my pickup time. The checkin experience would have been much easier with a U-Haul employee there. So, no more ONLINE checkins for me with U-Haul.Debbie G.

The kid running the gas station couldn't be bothered. He was working off of a laptop, took pictures of our ID's, and handed us the keys. I asked about a rental contract and he replied that he'd emailed it to us. This means that if we got pulled over anywhere on our trip, we had no way of showing we hadn't stolen the truck. The truck was dirty and hadn't even been swept. AND the gas gauge wasn't recorded accurately. I asked about the moving blanket/pad things I'd ordered. He didn't have them and he couldn't be bothered to give a crap. I was on my own. I had to go to the store where I'd originally planned to pick up the truck and talk THAT guy out of moving pads. I couldn't HAVE a lower opinion of this location, and after being a Uhaul customer for over 20 years, this kid at this location has given me reason to take my business elsewhere. If Uhaul sends you to this location to pick up your truck, I'd cancel and call Penske or any one of the other rental places.Steven W.
There were no available supplies (dollies, blankets, boxes, etc.) My truck didn't have the things I ordered. Spent most of the morning scrambling to get what I needed from other locations. Wasted so much time.TRAVIS M.
Need to be honest and reliable. Never come back to this place for adding up 50 miles more on an actual 150 miles i drove plus charging me fuel fee even the gas level when i returned was higher than it was when i picked up. Fortunately, i did take all the picture as proofs.phuong N.

Although I completed the on-line check-in, I still had trouble at the pick-up location. The system kept demanding additional phone numbers. After giving it all three valid numbers that I own, it still wanted a FOURTH phone. If four numbers are required to rent, tell us that during the on-line check-in so we can get them ready.Daniel S.
