The only problem was that I had made a reservation a couple hours before I get there and tell me that is not available at that location couldn’t they have called me before I get there and they call me last minute why they have it post that is there before making the reservation I had to drive to the other location by the time I get there I had already lost an hour from my time reservation cus also the clerk took a while if I had already did it online
Vicente AMade confirmed reservation for truck pickup in Santa Barbara, only to be told day before rental I would have to go 50 miles south to pickup in Oxnard. Then it took 45 min to check me out because the lady had no idea what she was doing. Cost me extra hours, mileage on my friends car to give me a ride to Oxnard and cost of gas there and back for her car and extra gas for driving extra 50 miles in the truck. Plus the truck had terrible brake shimmy, felt very unsafe. Never again, uhaul doesn't seem to be able to honor confirmed reservations!
ERIC GOnline it says you can pick up anytime, the attendant didn’t come in till 45 minutes after I had reserved. The U-Haul and was very unpleasant to deal with.
Douglas HPerson who assisted me was personable and knowledgeable. Truck cab should be cleaned for the next customer.
