I was quoted $52 with 30 miles.. we were ir the miles..I recieved an email to state $150 3 day rental Blankets and dolly. Sinclairs adjusted the bill and charged another $30 to my visa.. not happy at all . She reassured me she would fix it.. I called 3x ... still nothing...

The people who run this place are rude and don’t know what they are doing. I highly recommend for them not to be doing Uhaul at this location.

The transmission was problematic. From stopped, and accelerating, the transmission wouldn't shift into second before about 3500 rpm. I found I had to quickly move my foot off the accelerator to get it to shift into second. This was a constant issue throughout the rental period. Apparently this issue has been reported with this truck before.

The lot is a tight space but the staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Ashley as she was very friendly and helpful throughout and made the experience very positive. A big Thank you to Ashley.

Your central reservation system took a long time and messed up.. They reserved a 10 ft truck but when I got there, it was a 15 foot. They said the local reservation system indicated that there was not a 10 ft available so they substituted a 15'.. However the location DID HAVE a 10 ft truck. Some real communication problems. It is so much easier to just go to the locdation.

Not charge me a cleaning fee when the truck was empty Also the fuel was exactly where I got it from and I got charged a fuel charge

The drivers license photos could’ve been submitted online when renting the uhaul instead of asking for them at the store counter through SMS front and back. It was an inconvenience due to the fact that it wasn’t mentioned on the website that photos of the license needed to be submitted. The driver license number should be enough

We self dropped in the night, therefore cannot rate the drop off location. Overall, the truck was clean, fuel sufficient and easy to drive through the mountains.

Better costumer service, dont hide the trucks fault, equipmemt should be readily available, and dont charge extra for unused fuel. Not a pleasant experience.

Odometer and fuel gage were not right compared to rental agreement and lucky I took a photo when I got home when my mom said to. I live less than 4 km from rental place. It was a dumpy location and not friendly staff too.

Hey U-Haul if I booked for 8:00 am then I should get my truck at 8:00am not 9:00 am suddenly for double check the U-Haul address at the location one day before my booking and the lady said she doesn’t open till 9:00am and U-Haul know about my hours , then why I guys booked for 8:00 am if you guys know she is not available till 9:00 am , for your bad service I have to booked my truck one day before to pay extra cost of money to get my truck on my time , improve your service okkkkk

The people at the location were rude, even having paid for the dolly, they didn't wanted to provide me one. They made me park my car on the street as they "had a busy day" in their shop.

Have the drop off locations more organized. We had to drive to thee different locations because the first two didn't have space.
