The U-Haul dealer takes place in a motor shop. The store is quite interesting, the assistance not so good, and the truck I've picked up was dirty.

They did not have anything we requested for our move. No dollies and no blankets. The truck was also dirty. Our move was significantly slowed down because of these things. Not impressed at all.

I have rented from Sinclair Motorsports 4 or 5 times over the last 2 years. Never a single issue, couldn't be happier with the services and convenience that they have always provided. I have had horrible experiences renting or trying unsuccessfully to rent at other Uhaul partner locations. The only consideration here is understanding that they have fluctuating business hours. Communication is paramount and will make for a stellar experience. Just call them directly and they always do whatever is needed to make your rental as smooth as possible.

Dropped the return vehicle off & was told just to leave the keys, that the return inspection would be done later. Ended up being charged an additional $18.76 in fuel even though I had filled the gas tank up passed the original gauge line...now I know why they wanted to 'inspect' the truck later, so I could be overcharged and not be there to dispute it! *DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION*

I put a reservation on trailt to receive it at 11am . I went to the locations it wasnt ready . The dealer told me that it will be ready for me in 5-10 minutes and charged me . Half an hour later at 11:35 the spouse of the store owner came and said that it is not ready and and the man who rented it didnt unload it yet and it is unknown when it will be ready . Then the man who was renting it came and and was very rude to me as if he wanted to start fight. When I told them I cant wait any more and asked to cancel my reservation and refond my money they said that in 10 minutes it will be ready .by the end they agreed to refund my money back

This location is a motorcycle store, act as an u-haul agency. When I returned the truck, the staff refused to do the inspection right away. He told me that I need to wait 40 minutes until he finished his motorcycle work. He explained that the motorcycle is his first work, u-haul is the second. He can not be interrupted once he is working. Of course I can not wait, but finally I revived the receipt by email, everything is good. I recommend to rent u-haul next time through their own branch, not agency.

Excellent customer service at the location. Truck exterior was very dirty. Left front wheel made odd noises that were a little disconcerting while driving. Brakes were rather spongy.

Going to start off with Tammy was wonderful to deal with, however Gord was argumentative, wrong and unpleasant. When I returned with the truck, Gord checked the fuel level by looking at miles to empty there are 2 faults with this, first of which he said was super accurate for how much fuel is left however that is completely false as that indicator is based off a variable algorithm that allows for how the vehicle is being driven over the past set number of miles. Second if they are to use this method (even if it was accurate for how much fuel is in the tank) it would need to be the fuel level indication that is used on the contract and the sticker that is on the cluster to remind you to check the fuel gauge marking on the contract. I was not charged for the difference of "Miles to empty" but I am agitated by Gord's attitude and how many people have been charged when this method is not accurate and not on the contract as to how much fuel the vehicle is to be returned with. Plus the attitude when I questioned Gord as I only drove about 30 miles and added almost 12 litres of fuel but was told the difference on his miles to empty was 25 miles, as I tried to wrap my head around how can this truck take 12 litres every 4 miles or 3 litres a mile, however the actual fuel gauge was higher than when I picked the truck up. As far as was the truck maintained N/A it was asking for the oil to be changed and if it only gets a mile per 3 litres it definitely needs some work done.

It was very frustrating as I had called many times and left message but no return call. In the end it all worked out but I would of appreciated a call back if they can't answer their phone.
