This rating is misleading. I had a terrible experience. I reserved a 6 x 12 trailer as I was moving out of my apt to a city 4 hours away. The day before I was advised the trailer size that I needed was unavailable. Eventually I had to rent a 15’ truck and drive to the new city and back the same day while loading and unloading the truck, then drive my personal vehicle to the new city. This cost me an extra $400 in fuel and an extra $400 for the truck rental over the trailer cost. Very disappointed in U-Haul. Overall experience was horrible.
