The location was fine and the woman when I picked it up was pleasant. However, the final cost was outrageous compared to what I expected. The widely advertised rate, painted on trucks etc, is 19.95 per day. I rented for one day near the airport to go into the city center, get some baggage, go to the airport, and then return it. The estimate was 34.15. The final bill was 83.23. There was a fee for gas which is normal, I did not find any close enough to offset the extra miles that would be charged. If I had rented this, left it on the lot and returned it then the actual cost would be 25.10, not 19.95. Taxes vary with the total, fixed fees do not but are not part of the advertised price. The real insult was a $20 fee for not using the app, which would not download. I think it said unavailable at my location. I mentioned this to the woman when I picked it up. I can understand incentives to use apps, but a penalty for not using it? Not all of us like tons of apps, or even have smart phones. And sometimes apps don't download or work right. I'll rate the location average, it was fine. The deal was not so fine though. I would not recommend u-haul to a friend, although if they were going to use it then I would recommend this location. So I rate the location positive but the company not so much. 83.23 for less than 24 hours and a short airport run? A fee for not using an app that's not available?

The truck was dirty inside the cab area and the windows and outside of the looked like it hadn't been cleaned since winter. There was salt build up on the wheel wells and mud flaps so you k iw it hadn't been cleaned since winter. Other than that it was ok

Truck was dirty. The biggest thing is U Haul needs to make everyone fill the truck to full when they return it. Customers need to be able to take a full truck out. I got it at an 8th of a tank. Took $150.00 and still was not full before I could even start to pack it.

Great location for me to drop off trucks I have rented in Reno for moving a client to Saratoga Springs - so far one 20ft. truck and two 26ft. trucks... with one more load using another 20 ft. truck..(she has quite a bit of furniture and A LOT of stuff!!!) This location is a quick Uber ride to the airport, and the staff are fun and helpful.

This was without a doubt the best u-haul experience I have ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This was an excellent introduction to a new city, and I will likely use them for all future trailer or snow gear needs.

I got a vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas, had some trouble accelerating because the engine sounded close to giving out, driver side door wouldn't close completely causing me to worry it could come open not to mention thr roaring sound of wind on the highway in my ear the whole way. I feel this was an awful experience and I am really unhappy with the cost considering. I've rented u hauls several times before and this was by far the worst. I really think I should have gotten a discount for all this . Shame in uhaul for this.

Saundra went above and beyond to help us when we returned the truck. Our guys were under a time constraint and the weather was terrible. Saundra agreed to have the truck cleaned out and the contents disposed for us (for a reasonable fee) that helped them be able to get to the airport on time.

The pick-up took a very long time. No one wanted to help us to begin with, then we got someone that did not know how to do it and was being trained. We were on a tight schedule and this was not acceptable. The dolly in the truck was broken.

My daughter and I rented a big UHaul, and were a little high- maintenance, arriving a little late, and then coming back in the middle to extend our time and they were super friendly and wonderful to deal with. We have moved with a pickup truck in the past and it took us three days with all the trips. This time it took us just eight hours thanks to the huge UHAul. I will always move this way in the future, and would love it if I could rent from the same location because they were awesome to deal with.

I had received an “extra 100 miles” from the Boise location, but it wasn’t honored by the drop off location. They were rude and simply charged my card for extra mileage. I will NEVER use this location again.
