I don’t have a specific complaint about this location. However, minutes after I picked up the truck, a warning code Check Fuel Fill Inlet appeared. A mechanic came and checked it out and deemed it “fine”. And it was, if not disconcerting, but the warning light stayed on the entire drive to Las Vegas. This is especially frustrating because when we moved from Las Vegas to Salt Lake City, a Check Engine light came on just as we were leaving town. We had to stop to have it looked at. Again, it was OK but it will probably be a long time before I use U-Haul again. Moving is already a stressful event. I don’t need mechanical issues to compound that. Penske is almost twice the price but the piece of mind is worth it.
Mitch MI reserved my truck online for the location at 402 E 300 South which was very near the location where we needed to load and move. That location was accepted and confirmed as open. It was NOT open. Nor was there a key in the lockbox. We had to contact Uhaul and get moved to a different location, which was 20 minutes away. All of this added about 2 extra hours to our day, plus extra miles so we would appreciate receiving the $50 guarantee plus a refund for the extra mileage and gas we were required to pay for. The Ski Trucks location, although far, was helpful and fine. But the truck we were assigned was dirty and smelled really bad not sure what the people before us were moving but farm animals?! Anyhow, I would like a response about the refund. thank you.

David CI cannot think of anything. Best customer service and equipment I have ever had with a self-moving company, Budget or UHaul. The service was outstanding and the equipment in great shape and clean. Would recommend this location to anyone wanting to move.
