Both pickup and drop off personnel were helpful and accommodating.,Customer service allowed me to pick up early and added a day to drop off without me really asking. The trailer pulled nicely and safely. One Q I forgot to ask was about a spare tire. I didn’t see we had one. Would’ve been nice to have had one but thankfully it was not needed. All and all a very good experience. I would definetely do it again.
