DALE YFirst my pickup location was moved without notifying me then the truck was cold and snow covered after I warmed it up myself and cleaned the snow and ice off I leave the rental office and there’s no window wash in the truck and to top it all off the rear door was hard to open
C ABad storm on return day but this site was well plowed with plenty of room, convenient location.
FREDERICK WThe guy was nice but the truck had the last persons clothes and garbage in the cab. The truck was also almost out of windshield washer fluid and it then got really cold so it froze solid and I was unable to use the washer fluid the first two days of my drive. I then had to pull over and get out of the truck every 10 to 20 miles to clean the windshield which was very annoying and also a safety concern as it was snowing most of my drive from new york to montana and there was a lot of water and dirt being flung onto the windshield and was unable to clean in while driving. Then the windshield wiper broke while it was snowing and I had to go buy some in the middle of a white out. The truck drove very bad it was all over the road and the drivers front tire squealed really bad. I am not very happy about this experience.
JACOB HWas not open on time, had to wait almost an hour for anyone to arrive. I had to pick it up in Potsdam instead of Massena, where I was initially told, then I had to pay for the extra mileage which was unfair! The extra mileage was approximately 38 miles! I am not pleases!
ELIZABETH JWe caught the business owner leaving to run an errand but he opened back up to help us with a pleasant attitude and friendly smile. We were so grateful.

WADE RI reserved a moving truck did the online check In received confirmation to pickup at 8am when I arrived no one was there called the store called uhaul customer service had to wait over an hour was late to get where I was going. When someone finally arrived to rent me the truck they told me it had to be back at 3pm because someone else rented the truck

DOROTHY MI could not adjust the outside mirrors. There are all kinds of stickers on the dashboard but not one shows how to adjust the mirrors. The owner's manual was of no help.

James DOne person can make all the difference when interacting with a costumer. I did not catch his name but he was very friendly and knew what he doing. I had pre registered all my information online along with what size trailer I wanted for the day. I was literally in and out of this facility in ten minutes start to finish. Overall I would say about this facility don’t. “judge a book by its cover”. This location is a automobile repair garage and a bit cluttered but the team at Skippy’s were on their “A” game during my visit, Best Regards and Thank You.

Al HI was charged for gas and I put equal the amount of gas in the vehicle as I had when I picked up the vehicle. The customer service I received from the start in Buffalo where I picked up the truck until drop off was a horrible one. Even when I mentioned what’s wrong with the customer service I was told call the 800 number and when I masked for a manager I was told I am the manager and then I asked l’s for the General Manager, I was told I am the general manager. I’ve never seen such unprofessional people as I did at this UHaul I never have these problems in New Jersey. I feel everyone should have the same training throughout the company because everyone must do things differently.

RICHARD SBecause of the issues I faced at my pickup location(s), I had two different return sites that were not clearly communicated to me. Skippy's personnel were able to help make the necessary adjustments to help me get everything returned to their location without incurring extra expense for me.

SUSANMARIE MHated the after hour return app. No one there to help us and people kept coming and going from garage out back. Not very comfortable being there
Lynn AThe car was completely dirty and full of tobacco smelling, it's annoying 🤮🤢 and disgusting. The smelling forced me to open the windows instead of the AC. How every you charged me for an hour, the same as 24 hours. Please keep eye on cleaning and hygiene system.
