Very easy to drop off! No changes except of you get it for 6 days and give back before date there should be a refund! But overall it’s the best and cheapest way to move long distance! Thank you U-Haul!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was a HORRIBLE experience!!!! First of all I reserved a Uhaul for abcd hardware in Brushton NY. I get there and the uhaul isn't there so you guys had to switch me to this location.. I get to skippys in Potsdam NY and my uhaul is BARRIED behind other equipment!!!! So I hide to call AGAIN!! And have it switched AGAIN to a different vehicle!!!! This was extremely unprofessional and a headache on my end! We didn't get done moving til 3am because of all of this! And was offered NO compensation!!!!!

arron gRun down, dilapidated building with trucks and trailers askew, busted cars and garbage everywhere. Because of the poor checkout process in Malvern, I showed the original picture of the dash with just under a quarter tank and 62 miles to empty; today's reading was the same amount of gas and 68 miles to empty. I was told I would be charged nearly $40 for the few extra gallons that U-haul out on me instead. Filled up elsewhere. Computer was down at Skippy's and had to wait even longer for a receipt. The whole process was a hassle and I sincerely hope this is the last time I ever have the displeasure of dealing with U-haul.
