This is an old run-down motel. The pool is covered with a tarp, homeless people everywhere. I was worried about leaving the truck there. I kept it an additional night because I was sure something was wrong on my contract. I thought there was no way U-Haul would want me to leave their truck at the location on the paperwork. I double and triple checked and it was the correct place. When you drive around the back, there were a couple of other U-Haul trucks there, so I felt a little better about leaving it. The staff was fine - it's the location... Very unsafe and I wish I had not taken my child with me to return it. We had to wait for an Uber amongst several homeless people asking for "change".

Clean the uhaul, there was rat poop scatted all through the bed of the truck, I will be calling tomorrow to ask for a full refund

It looks like some random place dirty smelly they refuse to check the truck in the miles when I was dropping off the truck they totally refuse and they said I was going to get my total charge in the next couple days which I didn't agree but today I find out they overcharged me $300 something dollars ridiculous I would like to get my money back or some of the money back please

Received the truck with a quarter tank and returned it with the same. Attendant stated it had less than an eighth pf a tank even though the alleged visual he used does not in anyway verify the truck number. I was charged almost $70 more than yhe original quoted price. Customer service was not helpful and the on-site management was garbage. They stole my money!!!

No fuel and the back was full of trash I had to go the dump!

During pick up you sign nothing, you get no paperwork, no instructions to check the truck just hand over your form of payment they do everything on the computer and give you the key. On frop off you turn in the key and they go check the truck AFTER you leave. They don't tell you if your getting money back for using less miles or if the gas is good. Feels like they can say what ever they want since we are not there to agree or disagree. Seemed shady to me but I really needed the truck. I used 20 miles of the 50 they charged me hopefully I get some money back. $112 for a $19.99 rental seems a bit high
