This was a seedy motel 6 with a bunch of homeless people out there fixing bicycles and obviously up to no good. What's worse is I was charged for gas, even though I dropped it off with the same amount of gas as when I picked it up.

Great customer service
Robert RWhen moving the teturned truck they hit my personal vehicle and took out the whole back end if my vehicle. Drop off location was a sketchy hotel in the bad part of town
Delores Vthe customer service was excellent at the apple valley location, the only problem was the fuel tank wasn’t filled up, when I got to Bakersfield and tried to fill the tank to ¾ of a tank the gage was slow registering, and I put 1/8 of a tank more than what I needed. With the price of fuel in California this is unacceptable. The trucks should be full when rented, if they are not full, then customers should be charged the lot price for the remainder of the fuel needed to fill the tank. At least 10 years ago that is the way it was.
WILLIAM POnly issue I had at this location is they need to a clear sign of the uhaul pick up and drop off area they run to businesses there a motel 6 and uhaul employees have motel 6 uniforms dont really know how you hand the keys too they need uhaul sign at the office
