LUC BWell I was only .4 kilometres over when I brought truck back and I was charged $21. I don’t think I should been charged that for only .4 kilometres !!

Alain GHad to go get the Truck in Dunham, QC when it was initially supposed to be in Sherbrooke, QC that means 2h15 min roundtrip more than what was planned. Also rented an appliance trolley and only got a regular trolley. Very disappointed in our overall experience. But at least we got a truck…
Victor GJ’ai dû aller chercher mon camion dans un autre point de service que celui choisi au départ, malgré ma réservation effectué en Mars, j’en lavais toujours pas reçu l’appel du représentant le jour avant le déménagement à16:45 et j’avais réservé un charriot pour électroménagers qui n’était pas dans le camion à la réception de celui ci!
Melanie BSatisfaite de ce concessionnaire MAIS très insatisfaite du système de réservation, je devais prendre possession de l'équipement chez un concessionnaire à 5 minutte de chez moi mais le système à envoyer ma réservation à 35 - 45 minutes de chez moi sa nous a fait perdre 2heure sur mon déménagement en plus de l'essence.

Pierre HOnly disappointment is the missing funiture blankets, we'd ordered them but they weren't in the truck. The process when an item isn't there wasn't clear, the app asked to take a picture but there wasn't a step to send or upload said picture.

Ramdane FThe App is horrible, i had to go through safari to get the code for my key. And it takes long to do it while you’re standing in front of the box. You should advise to stay on the car while doing the long process to get the number. And the drop off is awful too, it’s cold and after a long day driving and moving you have to take pictures of the van. Of course after all the questions and again the app didn’t work for the payment part. So I had to go thought it all once again in safari. The people in this office are really nice it’s just when I need the pick up on the weekend they’re closed and I’m stuck with the online process. I’m glad that’s an option but I wish you could make it easier and improve the app cause that thing it doesn’t work.

German TTrès déçu du service, j'ai pris un forfait 2 jours l homme me mentionne 272$ avec taxe sans frais. Lorsque je suis suis venu le chercher l'homme mentionne 387$ avec taxe. J'ai vu payé 115$ de plus pour le même forfait. La journée même où je devais déménager puis il mentionnait qu'il ne peut rien y faire. PU JAMAIS JE FERAI AFFAIRE AVEC U-HAUL. PUIS JE VAIS EN PARLÉ SUR LES RÉSEAUX SOCIAUX DU TYPE D'ARNAQUE DE CHANGER LES PRIX DERNIÈRE MINUTE. SANS COMPTER QUE J'AI ATTENDU 1H AU COMPTOIR POUR AVOIR LES CLÉS DU VÉHICULE.

Jean Bthen, when i arrived at the closed dunham place, on the website i checkout the truck everything went well.... cause i didnt wanna pay the 20$..... and guess what? they charged 20$ on the final invoice....super disapointed on the service........we even voicemail the company to notice that we drop the truck in their yard and we still have to pay the 20$..... i do not recommand U-haul unfortunately....
