MERVIN RSkyline Market greeted me as I pulled in and efficiently did all the necessary checks to complete the truck rental. Overall, a very positive experience.
Kenneth JReally has nothing to do with the location. I picked up the truck, although it was pretty muddy not swept out. My problem is I ordered pads, furniture dolly, and an appliance dolly. The only thing that was there was an appliance dolly. The person I spoke to on the phone, reassured me that everything i ordered would be in the truck.The only thing that was there was an appliance dolly. I didn’t accomplish what I needed to, which is not fair to me. Extremely unhappy.
Gina NI had a good experience picking up my rental truck. It was ready. The phone reception was not the best and it longer than usual to load pictures and finalize the check out process.
Genaro AThe mobile check in was difficult in this area because you don't have cell phone service. I was able to take photos down the block but it did cost me in mileage since I couldn't verify the starting odometer through the app.
SEAN MSite is in disarray. One person working on cars, made me wait 20 minutes to check on truck, then did not have time to give me a receipt. Said I would get it at the end-of-day. I did not. Called UHaul next day to explain, connected to Skyline Market and they lost the key, tried to blame it on me! UHaul agent got them to issue my receipt. Very poor customer service! UHaul are putting yourselves 'at risk' using this business location.

Tiffany NI do not recommend mobile pickup for after hours… it took forever to upload images and then kept asking for them over and over again. Almost made me late to meet the mover help.

Robert MWe reserved truck in a location near the storage , they then chsnged uhaul location 20 miles away in a secluded area and truck was dirty outside an d muddy . The truck swayed back and forth the problem was with steering .We picked up truck in secluded area and when we drove to the original u haul pick up location there were lots of 20 ft trucks . nit only did we pend more in gas since uhaul location was changed , the truck was dirt outside . we hope they gave us the $50 discount for their inconvenience

John OI used the mobile pickup and it was a hassle. The truck had 150k miles and was well past it's prime, no cruise control, and a short loading ramp. The pickup/dropoff area had very little service with AT&T. I used the vehicle for 45 hours but I was charged an additional day because it said I dropped off a mile away from the dropoff area. I had poor service so I began driving away in my personal vehicle while the dropoff was processing. I had to call later and get the overcharge reversed. The truck had so many dents and dings on it that I couldn't possibly document all of them and simply had to take a video. The engine had a stall as if it had a bad coil pack which I am sure effected the mileage which is a negative with gasoline so high right now. I am glad I only use the truck local. I could not imagine attempting to drive across state.
Hance WAlex was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Bring your own hitch stinger and ball. This is not a corporate location so they only rent equipment, no parts, hand trucks, boxes, blankets etc. Just straight up helpful service.
Matt LFirst of all, this 24/7 pickup drop off is a joke. You have to jump through hoops just to get a key from a metal box, that is inaccessible because the lock is garbage. Taking a selfie and giving out my family members phone numbers for identification purposes? You could have told me that prior to pickup so I wasn't standing in the rain trying to get a key out! The truck? Brakes barely worked. Someone is going to get hurt. Speedometer? Broken. Battery light kept coming on. When that happened, mileage would disappear. It was real fun at drop off trying to get a picture of the mileage that kept disappearing because the damn battery light kept coming on. I will never, ever do this again.

Barbara RUhaul is charging me for gas, when I filled it back up at the same spot as it was when I first got to the uhaul and took pictures before I left I noticed they didn’t take the fuel charge off I tried calling several times to be put on hold for an hour! For them to hang up ? I had to have them call me finally someone called me back after a week! saying they don’t work in that department and they transferred me over to someone I have to hold for an hour for uhaul steals your money without you noticing and gets away with it I have my own business where I constantly rent moving trucks I will no longer do business with uhaul but it’s ok they can make millions stealing “fuel charge” and or other hidden fees
