How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere is no reception and the company has no WiFi. I had to go to a near by business and ask for their WiFi to complete the check in process. Was parked in a back field were I had to pull it out, they did not bring it out front for me
Kevin MGreat customer service. Clear instructions. Helpful hooking up equipment.
Scott SThis place isn’t fancy but the customer service is great. They do work on tires etc and the nice man told me what was wrong with my tire sensor sight unseen. Just helpful and friendly. Thanks for your hospitality
Elisa BSite is small and tight however the u-haul crew made the return a pleasure. They were extremely helpful and were very pleasant to interface with.
