James TThe floor of the truck was covered in some type of oil. Slipped and fell while loading my items. Had to wash down the entire bed with cleaner and paper towels and still ended up tracking it all over my new house unintentionally. Called the office to let them know and the women who answered just replied "you got the insurance didn't you?"

Dennis HThere was a loose screw on the rear license plate light. Since I returned the truck after business hours and I did not have a phillips screwdriver to tighten the screw, I had no way of sharing this information with the return location. The shroud over the engine has a gap. Some one of my party put some papers in this gap. The papers got sucked up into the engine compartment and blew out onto the road. Maybe some red tape would have warned that this gap leads to the outside world. Returning the truck outside of normal business hours and parking it outside the locked gate, what stops somebody from siphoning out the truck's gasoline?

Patrick MThe Reno u haul called me and ask if I would deliver the trailer to a Reno location for fifty dollars that’s a 200 mile drive round trip who ever was in charge of that call ( not the caller ) must be crazy .
Rick KI would like a refund. The auto transport that I had to rent did not fit my truck and I was not able to transport my truck because it was too short.

Cristina TThe lady at the facility yelled at me over the phone for being late. It was extremely unprofessional and it made me cry. Due to an emergency we were late bringing the truck back. We didn't even get to use it when the lady was screaming at me to bring it back. This was a horrible experience and I am rethinking ever using U-Haul again if I am to expect being yelled at. She ever yelled at me when I dropped it off. I had to have my husband complete the transaction due to me shaking and crying. I will not order a U-Haul from this location again. So unprofessional.

Deborah AWasn’t a horrible experience, the truck was clean but the truck we picked up had some mechanical issues. We went through the roadside assistance. They put it into a shop. I do not recommend that shop because they told us that the vehicle would be safe to drive all the way to Crescent city we started driving. It was not safe. The problem was not fixed. We had to stop in Reading we had to unload the truck. We just loaded into another truck. We lost a whole day of moving time, do you haul employees were professional and did their best to help us they ended up making it an easy transfer to trucks. I appreciate all the hard work. My only complaint is the shop that Susanville uses is not recommended because they did not fix the problem we even asked if they would feel safe driving the truck the rest of the distance they said yes which actually was not the case that vehicle was not safe to drive, and they never should’ve released it to us.

Thomas VI did have a good experience here but what i was so unhappy with was that the place of location that i had to drop off the haul after i was done with it, was way further out from where i was goin to so because of that I went over my miles and so they shared me more. We did not know how far that's when we were getting the haul because we were new to that area. so we were very unhappy with the rental return. I did call uhaul in susanville to tell them what happened and she said she has no choice on where they tell her we need to drop it off at. Haul needs to change that so it doesn't happen again.

Matthew BEverything was great except that i had made reservations to drop off at Alturas. To my surprise that location is closed and if wasn't for the boss, that he was there, i would have been charged a lot of money to drop it there, even though it wasn't my fault.

Curtis iIt was disappointing we weren't able to find the u-haul or auto tow options within a 300 mile radius of our location and cost us extra time and money. Regardless, the associate who assisted us in our u-haul rental in Susanville was incredibly kind and gave us great advice as this was our first move.
Luis GI gave the office my comments. Reno did not send them a clean truck. It smelled like a cat box.
