Jan SWas unable to drop off the truck to this location due to their hours of operation. When I call a closer location to drop off the truck the rep told me that the Janesville location sometimes doesn't even open due to the guy not showing up and that their location on Johnstonville Rd. receives trucks for that location all the time.

Lawrence KThe lady (not Grace) who was putting my information into the computer for the UHaul skipped asking me about a discount I may have been interested in. I was actually interested in the discount and she had to go back and figure out how to add that in. Please be sure the person conducting business ask the customer what they are interested in if a choice is given and the worker not make the choice for the customer. Also, getting ready to leave when my neighbor noticed vehicle trailer I rented from U-Haul had a flat tire. According to U-Haul you cannot trade a vehicle trailer for a new one unless U-Haul deems the vehicle trailer not usable. So, I had to wait over 2 hours for a person to come and repair the tire. The reason I had to wait so long is there is not a provider in Susanville, CA that U-Haul contracts thru. The closest place was Redding, CA which is 2 to 2 1/2 hours away. Then the guy got stuck in traffic on HWY 44 due to the road being worked on. I am not very happy with U-Haul and they did not compensate me for waisting my time waiting.

Marleta BThis location was 40 min closer to our home. My original drop off location was not this one. I called to have it changed and was given extreme attitude by the U-Haul employee. She acted exasperated and annoyed that I wanted to change to a closer location AFTER we had to drive and additional 45 min to pick it up. The location drop off employee was AMAZING and helpful!!!

James TThe floor of the truck was covered in some type of oil. Slipped and fell while loading my items. Had to wash down the entire bed with cleaner and paper towels and still ended up tracking it all over my new house unintentionally. Called the office to let them know and the women who answered just replied "you got the insurance didn't you?"

Dennis HThere was a loose screw on the rear license plate light. Since I returned the truck after business hours and I did not have a phillips screwdriver to tighten the screw, I had no way of sharing this information with the return location. The shroud over the engine has a gap. Some one of my party put some papers in this gap. The papers got sucked up into the engine compartment and blew out onto the road. Maybe some red tape would have warned that this gap leads to the outside world. Returning the truck outside of normal business hours and parking it outside the locked gate, what stops somebody from siphoning out the truck's gasoline?
