Not an official U-Haul location and personnel were not up on the correct procedures or policy information. They did their best to fix the problem and I was at least able to get the truck I had originally asked for but it was not done correctly as I found out when I went to turn the truck in.

William DWhen I picked the truck up it was on empty and the worker told me I would need to get gas immediately because it was so low. She also told me that I was to return it with the same fuel level. Then I got charged extra because it wasn’t at 1/4 tank when I turned it in. I have pictures if the before and after fuel/ mileage showing it had more gas when dropped off than it did when I picked it up. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Jeremy TThe airbag was broke so the whole way to Michigan was horrible. We couldn’t even drink it was so bad. A lot of my furniture got scratched up and things were broke inside the boxes due to so much rattling and bumping.

Bobby HThe truck has not been cleaned. It had something spilled on the engine hump and garbage in the cab and box. The lights on the trailer did not all work. The helper did not know how to safely hook up the trailer. Gas level was 3/4 but stated full on paperwork. Fortunately I took a picture of the dash so I did not get charged for it when checked back in.

Mario FPick Up took way longer than it should have because the Skymart associate didn't understand that we had already checked in via the mobile app & tried to take us through the process a second time but the reservation obviously wasn't showing up for her to initiate check-in because it had already been done. Maybe somehow send a confirmation to the associate saying that we've already taken care of things on our side so she can just hand us a key & send us along?
