Over all my experience was great. They need to be more organized when it comes to picking up the u-haul. But other than that it went smoothly.

The lady Patsy was the most rudest person I’ve ever dealt with and she over charged me charged 5 day when I requested 3 and charged me additional fees for extra insurance that was requested not to have. I will never deal with them again!
Angela ROnly answered no because they were closed. The hours said open until 10 . I arrived at 9:15 to a very dark facility. No lights and no help. Went back home and went online at 10:30 to register that it was returned. Then had to call the next day to tell them I dropped it off and they had no idea.
SAM WDepends on the need. I reserved an auto transport, and was not told the attendant is NOT educated on safely securing a vehicle, and that is important!
