RICHARD HOver all my experience was great. They need to be more organized when it comes to picking up the u-haul. But other than that it went smoothly.
Sharon WThe lady Patsy was the most rudest person I’ve ever dealt with and she over charged me charged 5 day when I requested 3 and charged me additional fees for extra insurance that was requested not to have. I will never deal with them again!
