I usually enjoy my experience with U-Haul but this location was horrible and I would never give them my business again. The staff were incompetent and rude. They tried to charge me twice. The van wasn’t branded - no U-Haul decals or stickers. The van wasn’t clean and it said an oil change was required. The staff couldn’t tell me where the gas hose should go. When I returned the van the staff made me move it to three different locations even after I’d parked and returned it with a small child. When I asked why that wasn’t their job, the woman said it was because she was the only staff and couldn’t drive. The same woman was the same person who tried to bill me twice and then argued with me in circles, calling me rude, when I tried to show her my bank statement which would prove I’d already paid what she was trying to collect for a second time. Then she had her boss talk to me on the phone and he would not listen to me either, was simply horrible towards me. No customer service at all!!! This location is so bad it’s enough to stop using U-Haul at all. I would ask that you review your relationship with this business if you care to keep your customers.

Syed JHas a few gas and they forced me to refill it, I expect it when i rent a truck it has enough fuel there. The location doesn’t have enough space to park a truck and there is a busy area , you cannot ask other people to not park here because you have to switch your car with truck in 2 minutes Process was very annoying. I already fill the form to save time but again a-lot of questions before to get truck. The office not visible, please at least instal a big visible UHAUL sign to help people.
Bahador AThey didn't carry any of the accessories that I rented. It really hindered the efficency of my move in day. The customer service department wasn't able to be of much support and instead they told me to drive to another location. This meant that I wouldn't be back in time for my elevator booking.

Junghun SWhen I spoke on the phone, I asked for a 15 foot truck and I was left a 10 foot truck, the office was not open. I called the number on the window and nobody answered and I had to wait for someone to help me with mobile pick up And I ended up having to do two trips which cost me twice as much due to the fact that they booked me the wrong size truck.
