Collision coverage was asked as optional. I declined. When I review the final receipt it charged me $16, and was told it was mandatory. This is wrong!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkCompletely different numbers for miles used on odometer on recipt vs actual photos taken results in minor overcharge but an overcharge regardless. Believe there was malicious intent as worker wrote down different numbers to what was in recipt.
