I had a horrible experience overall. My reservation was at Pure Fuel at 10 Malcolm X Blvd in Brooklyn. I arrived there to find that the 10 foot truck I had ordered was not there even though it had been due back THE DAY BEFORE but no one ever advised me of this. I was sent to the Gardner Ave location to get a 9 foot van because no 10 foot trucks were available anywhere in the area, but when I got there I was told that there was only one 9 foot van and that it had already been booked by another customer. Fortunately that customer was willing to get sent to a different location and let me have the only van available at Gardner Ave, but the van was really too small for my move. Overall it was a nightmare experience.
