Dollies and the utility cart that I reserved were not available so I had to go scrambling for these things when I should have been moving! I did not get the "notification" that the clerk said I should have received as to their availability. And he pointed vaguely to where the truck might be instead of giving specifics. Also, he said to drop the key into the drop box, but I wound up following the U-Haul app instructions for returning the truck and believe I could have gotten fined by Haul for not checking the truck back in.

Andres BChange the locks that you have to use to access the key boxes. They’re very difficult to unlatch in the position that they’re in now.
Claris SThe truck was dirty when I picked it up, and I later learned it had an active roach infestation. I then faced significant resistance in receiving fair compensation from local management for my costs associated with the infestation. This issue has still not been resolved.
GABRIEL LI reserved 15’ truck.we get there and they told us the truck is not available. We got stuck with the 10’ truck . It takes as multiple trips and we spends loots off money for the labor guys that help as move. Please next time give as update if you don’t have trucks available so we can rent truck form someone else . It was unpleasant and frustrated day for as and spend lots of mony for no reason.
