Grease ratchet straps on tow dolly. Grease pivot on dolly. Other than that dolly performed as expected.

The person running the show didn’t seem to know a whole lot about what was happening. I was disappointed with the fact that I had to travel 30 miles away from my home to get a truck in the first place, then all of the information I had entered with my reservation had to be re-entered on site. It was not efficient at all. The truck itself was fine, though

This was the worst experience in my life...after a paid reservation there was still no truck available. I had to drive a extra 30-40 minutes away to get a wrong size truck. 50.00 was supposed to given to me. DON'T HAVE IT YET!!!! AWFUL!

I could NOT believe how easy it was to rent the trailer. I could NOT believe how easy it was to tow. Finally, I really could NOT believe how reasonable it was. Thanks for the great experience.

We originally requested a truck a few miles from our location. The day before pickup I got a text stating we were scheduled for pickup over 30 mins away, I called uhaul and spent around 30 mins on the phone to get a closer location ( its $1 per mile). We got a closer location but it was still close to 20 miles just to pick up and drop off the truck. If we would have gotten the truck at the original location we chose we could have saved over $20 and had 2 extra feet of truck. But we HAD to settle for a smaller truck and longer distance. I couldn't even drop the truck off at a closer uhaul location...as "the truck was in rotation" and needed to be brought back to that specific location.

I was not advised prior to my appointment the rental equipment was not available. I was ten sent to another location almost 20 miles away with confirmation the equipment was there once arrived it was not there so I was charged extra for mileage almost 50 miles. Worst servic experience ever.

This U-Haul rental location was wonderful! The employees are friendly, helpful, and open to answering any and all questions and acknowledge concerns you may have about the equipment and rental. The process was effortless and I had no issues with this location.

The customer service was great; however, the gentleman demonstrated an utter lack of familiarity with the software program, which prolonged what should have been an easy pick up. It took 30 minutes or more to finally print the paperwork. Additionally, the U-haul was stuck in the mud. For more than an hour we worked to get the U-haul unstuck. Not only did we waste time, but we wasted gas at my expense. I'm a very patient person and made the best of the situation, though my patient was tried. I am providing this review because I don't know that U-haul's image is well represented. Perhaps a little more training would do the trick in streamlining the pick up process at this location. And I must admit that my moving day schedule was greatly inconvenienced due to the slow process and the U-haul being stuck.

When you make a reservation you go to pick up at the location you made reservations and go to pick up the trailer has been reserved for someone else. It was not location fault it was uhaul fault

When I called uhaul to move my reservation up one day they downgraded me from a 26 to a 20 without me knowing... then charges me for a 3rd day after returning the truck 45 minutes late.. I had to call for a refund after it charged my card even though I declined the charges .... communication was a big snafu on this reservation... luckily I got a refund... I will rent again but will be crystal clear about every detail

The difference between the chosen hours rented online (12hrs) and the what the local office got from the online (6hrs) was a bit concerning, but other than that all was great!

Had to go out of way to pick up , I booked online for faster access. That didn't happen and my date was changed

My return to this location was coordinated by a U-haul representative but the staff on site was not expecting me. The staff on site was friendly and courteous. I arrived at the location 33 minutes late according to my contract but I was still charged an additional days rent and insurance. I have appealed these charges to U-haul management and await a decision on a refund.

I was over charged. They swiped my card for $72then took and additional $15 for no reason there were no damages or anything I'll never use them again.
