Frank PDru, the owner was very nice, and she gave me a great deal on some wardrobe boxes. Her shop is under construction, so it was a bit of mess everywhere, and the shop was located over 30 miles away from my original pickup location.

Greg BThe location was a 30 minute drive way out in the country from our home. I would have preferred a closer location but this was the closest location that had the 26 foot truck that we needed. This location also required me to back the truck up onto the main road without me being able to see if cars were coming. The cars stopped for me but this situation needs to be fixed to ensure the safety of all concerned. The truck bed was clean but the cab had a lot of dirt on the floor that I cleaned up before I turned the truck in. The cup holder was broken and it needs to be fixed. Thank you.

James RI forgot to call in about my early drop off time. It was Monday morning which was 2 days. I have yet to be credited for one day charged on my card.
James MHad to wait for 45mins, their system had problems locating my invoice. It was canceled. Placed called before time of pickup had some issues, be 30 minutes past time of pickup. They did retreated it. Why did the truck have to be returned back to that location and not at another location close bye? I have not received my final invoice.
Billie RSlapout Hardware in Wetumpka is the best place in the world to rent from U-Haul. There's no better help, service, or ease of renting and returning than here. A++.
Deborah PI used you app to turn my trailer in after business hours of slap out hardware. Your app would not let me continue to the next page and complete the turn in if I put that maintenance was needed before the equipment was rented to the next person. I was going to inform you about the right taillight/blinker. Since I couldn’t complete the turn in if I added the comment, I deleted it to complete the turn in but wasn’t able to report the problem. Therefore, if this location doesn’t do a functional check, the equipment will get rented again with an inoperable right tail light. See the dilemma?

Elizabeth SDid not provide a four-prong electric connector cable for truck to car tow dolly. Did not inform me that a lock would be required to lock the truck.
Linda MOnly concern was the online drop off. It wouldn't work as it would get stuck at the part where I needed to take and upload a picture of the trailer. So we took pictures and left, called customer service and then had to email pictures in. This is NOT the location's fault, but an error on Uhaul.com that needs to be addressed by uhaul.
