The locations in Rushville are not operated by people who are capable of doing it right the first. Also, I did not get my dollies that I needed to use. Luckily I had a damage dolly that had a bent wheel.

Ordered it for 8:00 am and was not able to check in. Took 50 minutes and still wasn’t done so guy let us leave without checking in. It was snowing and sleeting by the time we got home. The wiper blades had rubber that was so worn it wasn’t wiping anything. Called the location we got it from and they said to call a 1800 number to actual U-Haul. Called them and they said they would have someone out to fix in 45 minutes. Waited around for hours and called 6 or 7 times and finally around 3:00 pm someone came and replaced it. Wasted a whole day and didn’t get to move. Took off work and hired helpers and was out the money for that. Had to move the next day with no help and it took multiple trips. I also filled the gas back up until the pump clicked off and was charged for being 2 gallons short. I ordered a big dolly for $10 and got a small one. I declined the insurance and was charged for it anyways. . I definitely will not be using U-Haul again and I won’t refer anyone to use them. Plus $1.19 a mile is insane.
