I finished my trip in another town from destination. It was impossible to change destination. I had two wait two days before delivering to destination that was intended from beginning. Concerned over possible theft or damage outside my control waiting to deliver. Not pleased
KEN WEmployees all were very nice but when I picked truck up there was mud all in the cab of the truck and a lot of dirt in the back. I swept the back out so that I could put my furniture in it and then swept it out again before I returned it. There was a sign in the back that said sweep truck out to save $25.00 but I did not see any discount for that.
