The guy did his job but couldn't wait to leave early. It wasn't even 5:00 p.m. yet. And U-Haul shouldn't advertise that you can pick your drop off location then tell you to go to a specific location that is out of the way. It's U-Haul's job to move their trucks to the locations they need them. I don't work for you. Don't go U-Haul, go somewhere else.Hamilton H.

The manager seemed nice. I picked up my equipment extremely dirty but swept it out because it wasn't a big deal. I returned the equipment cleaner than I got it and they tried to charge me a cleaning fee. Was a whole ordeal with corporate. If I ever have to do uhaul it'll be from the location I trust.Dalton B.

There was no one present on site. My phone calls were never returned so it took 3 days before I was informed the trailer was actually checked in. This was also due in part to the website not working properly. In the future I will not use this location.Jim D.

The drop off location I finally found was great but the drop off experience was the worst I have had. I went to four other â€œdrop offâ€ locations and only one had someone there but the didn't accept trailers. I called the phone numbers listed and no answer. I called customer service and they were absolutely no help all they done was checked google for a location and tried sending me back to where I had already been after I was on hold for about twenty minutes because â€œall representatives were busyâ€. I found the drop off location on my own and the gentleman there was great. It took me over two hours from the time I went to the first location and drove about thirty miles back and forth between locations.Travis H.

The truck was totally out of alignment making it very uncomfortable to drive and probably less efficient on mpg. It was not properly cleaned. Found used tissue in the cab. Not good - Covid 19.TIMOTHY T.

Website said the place opened at 9am so we waited until it was supposedly open but place was closed. We dropped the trailer and called business number to be told owner/operator was out of town but would be back tomorrow & just put something in from of wheel of trailer to secure.jeff W.

The owner of the business was very nice, but late to open his store and a bit too open with his political views. Overall, not a bad place to rent a unit from, but probably not my first choice for the next time.CHRISTY H.

Frankly, I found the U-Haul company to be very flexible if you had to alter your carrier, and date of pick-up. I love the company!JOHN H.
Somehow my rental went from $69.96 to $107.86 and I've never had this issue when renting from an actual Uhaul place. I will only rent from the actual Uhaul instead of a third party rental.Xenia P.

U-Haul customer service is terrible! Not the service at the pickup and drop off locations but the service center that handles the calls that come in to the U-Haul a customer service department.Frank B.

DONT TRUST them to reserve your equipment at the 1800 number. I reserved in another state, and went to pick up trailer, and the location was closed. Had to wait 24 hours, 200 miles from home. I got an apology but what about the expenses of staying overnight and the lost day of time?!? Didn't even get a discount when I finally was able to pick up the trailer. I will probably never use U-Haul again. Their 1800 go U-Haul reservations are NOT reservations. Don't trust them to keep their promises.Nathan R.
