Going to this location was a complete hassle. The place was closed when I got there, but the person who set up the order marked it as a hand delivery. I had to call customer service to get it fixed to where I could use the lock box. The app needs a lot of improvements because it crashed multiple times and would do these weird loops instead of continuing to the next page when I was trying to get the key from the lock box. It was very frustrating. Customer service on the phone was very nice and helpful though. Once I got the key I opened the truck to find it filthy. Everything was covered in a layer of grime and dirty. I didn't want to put my purse down on anything or even touch the steering wheel. I ended up getting Clorox wipes and wiping down the steering wheel and dash because it was so gross. The floor was also covered in lots of dirt and salt and who knows the last time it was cleaned. There was even trash in the cup holders. The back of the truck hadn't been swept out and none of the stuff I rented was inside. I was supposed to get a furniture dolly, a hand truck, and 12 furniture pads but the truck was empty and because the physical building was closed I couldn't get that from inside. I will never use this location again. I will never use a remote location again. I would rather talk to a real person and pick up a truck from a proper U-Haul building where things are maintained correctly. Also not everything needs an app! Especially if it has so many bugs and issues it doesn't even work well. Very frustrating experience when moving is already incredibly stressful.
Chloe MPick up location i was set at one location then they changed my location. Upon arrival at new location system were down he couldn’t process any of out cards was very rude saying it’s nothing he can do he tone was rude we had to wait in an empty store to get service guy was in another building over all a mess
RAUL CNot switch locations 2 hours before pick up. And having the worst experience with the truck. Should have said no and picked it up where I trusted and used for awhile .
