Scheduled to pick up U-Haul at 10:00 but when arrived no one spoke English. At 10:40 someone showed up that spoke English. After paying for U-Haul picked up keys and left location. The U-Haul had 110000 miles on it and extremely noisy. Steering had play and when putting in drive it sounded like a universal joint was bad. Very disappointed in overall experience

Andrew ZThey were totally unprofessional, when I dropped off during business hours no one knew how to accept truck from uhaul, had to talk to guy on speakerphone. He ended over charging me because he never processed my return till next day, which resulted in me paying f or 2 days not one. There were two guys there 1 sitting on a folding chair middle of floor another sprawled out on mattresses. Absolutely horrible will never recommend!
FAWN MI’ve rented UHauls before and this was the cleanest, best maintained vehicle ever. Check-in was easy with my reservation number.
